Membership

Available thru the clickable links below, you will find a membership application form.   If applying for an Associate membership which does not permit voting nor holding office, you need only to fill out the application form and return it with the dues.   If, however, you wish to vote and/or run for a club office then you will need to apply for an individual or household Active membership. In that case then you will complete the application and forward the endorsement forms to Club members in good standing who have agreed to sponsor you. They will complete the forms and follow the mailing instructions. Do not have them return the forms to you. They should return them to the CCHC Treasurer.   If you are unsure of which category you fall under or don't know any club members to sponsor you, you might want to join as an associate member, attend a few meetings/shows and get to know some folks in the club..it is, after all, about community.   Please be sure to complete the application and mail it with a check (payable to CCHC) with the appropriate annual dues.   If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact CCHC.   Thank you for your interest in CCHC.   We would be happy to welcome you as a member.
